Changeover to Winter Uniform.

30/04/09 - Easter Liturgy - 9.00 am

01/05/09 - Prouille Anzac Day Ceremony at the School Assembly - 9.00 am

Week 2

04/05/09 - Staff Development Day - Pupil Free.

07/05/09 - Prouille Open Day - Whole School Assembly at 10.00 am today (instead of Friday).

08/05/09 - Mothers' Day Celebrations at Prouille:

9.00 am - Assembly & Breakfast coordinated by Class KT.

7.30 pm - Mothers' Day - "A Night of Indulgence" organised by Prouille P&F.

09/05/09 - 1.00 pm - 5.00 pm - Second Prouille Working Bee - Years 1 & 5.

Week 3

12/05/09 to 14/05/09 - National Assessment Program - Literacy/Numeracy NAPLAN - Years 3 & 5.

15/05/09 - Year 6 Cake Stall at Lunchtime.

7.00 pm - Dinner for Parents & their Year 6 Students at the Blue Gum Bistro, Waitara.

16/05/09 - Holy Name Parish Dinner Dance.

Week 4

18/05/09 - 7.30 pm - P&F General Meeting - All parents/carers welcome.

20/05/09 - Diocesan Cross Country - Fagan Park.

21/05/09 - Gateway Project (G&T) at St Leo's College.

7.30 pm - Band Concert in Hall.

Week 5

25.05.09 - Our Lady Help of Christians Liturgy & St Vincent de Paul Society Winter Appeal begins.

26.05.09 - 7.45 am - Senior Band Rehearsal for Yamaha Competition in the Hall.
Orchestra to be held in Class KT.

27.05.09 - 8.00 am Start - University of NSW Computer Skills Test in the Hall.
2.00 pm - 3.00 pm - Library - Year 6 parents.

29.05.09 - 9.00 am - Aboriginal Reconciliation Week Assembly.

31.05.09 - 9.15 am - Parish / School Mass at Holy Name Church - Year 1.

Week 6

01.06.09 - 9.00 am - Special Liturgy for the Feast of Mary Star of the Sea - Year 3 is presenting.

02.06.09 - 7.45 am - Senior Band Rehearsal for Yamaha Competition in the Hall.
Orchestra to be held in Class KT.

03.06.09 - Da Vinci Decatholon.
2.00 pm - 3.00 pm - Library - Year 5 parents.

04.06.09 - Soccer Gala Day at Montview Oval.

05.06.09 - School Photos - Full Winter Uniform to be worn.

Holy Name Parish - Spiritual Renewal Program from 21 June - 25 June.

18.06.09 - Soccer Gala Day at Montview Oval.

19.06.09 - 9.00 am - Feast of the Scared Heart Mass - followed by presentation/discussion by the Parish Renewal Team in the Hall.

21.06.09 - Holy Name Parish Renewal begins.

Week 9

22.06.09 - 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm - Parish Renewal Session at Prouille. Please bring a plate.

23.06.09 - 8.00 am Start - University of NSW Spelling Test / Writing Test in the Hall later in the morning.

24.06.09 - 2.00 pm - 3.00 pm - Library - Year 2 parents.
7.30 pm - 9.30 pm - Parish Renewal Session at Prouille. Please bring a plate.

25.06.09 - 7.30 pm - Healing Mass at Holy Name Parish. Parish Renewal Program ends.

26.06.09 - 9.30 am - Parent Information Session - "A-E Student Reporting Grades 1-6" - in the School Hall following Assembly.

28.06.09 - 9.15 am - Years 4 & 5 Parish School Mass at Holy Name Church.
Followed by Class Parents' Fun & Games Event for Dads, Male Relatives & Carers - Morning tea provided.

07/07/09 - Gateway Project (G&T) - Maths 'Icebreaker' day at St Leo's College.
5.00 pm (approx) - Yrs 5 & 6 return from Canberra.
